• All garments are handmade to order.

• Standard processing time is 5–10 working days after receiving confirmed measurements and advance payment.

• Large or bulk orders may require extra time (we will inform you before starting).

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

• We ship via reliable courier services (DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, etc.).

• Standard shipping within India: ₹50–₹150, depending on location and weight.

• Express shipping available at an additional cost.

• Free local pickup available from our workshop (by prior appointment).

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Remote areas may take longer.

• We will share a tracking ID once your order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping

• Available to select countries; charges depend on destination and weight.

• All customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Responsibility After Dispatch

• Once shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or natural events.

• If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in claiming compensation from the courier.

6. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address when placing the order.

• Incorrect addresses may cause delays or extra charges.

7. Multiple Items in an Order

• All items in one order are shipped together. If you need split shipments, please inform us in advance (extra shipping cost may apply).
