- Returns are accepted only for non-customized, ready-made clothing products.
- Customized or tailored items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@rageshvari.com with their order details and reason for return.
- Once the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days at the customer’s expense.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the return status.
